What “Luxury” Actually Looks Like in Eagle

There’s no single version of a luxury home in Eagle. It might be a custom build on acreage, a home in a gated or riverfront community, a resort-style new construction home, or a beautifully updated resale in one of our established neighborhoods.

Features and price points shift constantly, so instead of chasing a number, I focus on what a home actually offers — the quality of the build, the location, the finishes, and how it fits the way you want to live.

The Neighborhoods I Know Best

A big part of my job is knowing the communities, not just the listings. A few of the areas I work in most:

  • Valnova — one of Eagle’s newest master-planned communities, with the Glencara Recreation Village at its center

  • Terra View — a newer community with waterfront lots

  • The Shores — an established, water-oriented neighborhood where I’ve sold many homes

  • Two Rivers — another established Eagle community I’ve worked in for years

New Construction and Resale

New construction is one of my specialties and I know it from both sides — I represent Bachman Custom Homes in Valnova and Terra View, and I represent buyers through the whole build, from lot selection to final walkthrough.

  • Eagle is my home base, but I work throughout the Treasure Valley. From surrounding cities in the Boise Metro all the way to Garden Valley.

  • There’s no set price cutoff — it’s about location, land, build quality, and finishes. A custom home on acreage or a high-end new build can both qualify.

  • I’d recommend it. New construction has more moving parts than a resale, so having someone who knows how builders work in your corner makes the whole process smoother.
